Anthony Lombardo is the Chef/Owner of SheWolf Pastificio & Bar. Classically trained in Italian Cuisine, Chef Lombardo spent his early years in Italy, and at some of the best restaurants in the country. After spending 8 years in Washington DC as the Executive Chef at 1789 and The Hamilton, Lombardo moved back to his hometown of Detroit to open SheWolf where he is a 2x James Beard Nominee, along with numerous local accolades.
