Christina is a 20-year expert in sustainability and food systems. She is co-founder and CEO at Foodprint Group, a Zero Waste measurement and training partner to hospitality companies. She is co-author of the NYC Zero Waste Design Guidelines. Chris led the Urban Food Systems program for New York State Department of Agriculture where she got to bring locally grown food into businesses and institutions and help build food processing and distribution infrastructure in New York. She started her career in information services as a Marketing lead at Thomson Reuters. She is a mom and trained cook based in Brooklyn.
