Dink Dawson is profiled in the Coldwater Kitchen film. He is the Chef-Operator of the Green Mile Grille, a food truck and carry-out grill that he operates with his daughter on Detroit’s east side. While inside of Lakeland Correctional Facility, Chef Dink served as a tutor in Chef Jimmy Lee Hill’s highly regarded culinary training program.
