Maxime Pradié

Maxime Pradié is the chef and partner of Zimmi’s in the West Village of Manhattan, a French restaurant focused on traditional, time-intensive, craft-based dishes not often seen outside of France, many of which were learned cooking with his grandmother and aunt in France. Maxime has been cooking in New York for over 10 years, having first joined professional kitchens shortly after graduating high school.
